On Friday 9th February our F1 in Schools students spent a day at Aston University competing in the F1 in Schools competition.
The students created their own version of an F1 team and worked together assigning roles and responsibilities. The team worked on the design of their car over several weeks, during our extra -curricular F1 club, designing the car, manufacturing it, testing it, branding it, and 3D printing it to be a real mini version of an F1 car.
At Aston University the team had the opportunity to race against other teams, as well as presenting to a team of judges, comprised of industry professionals. We now await the final results! Well done team!
